
For 1 round terracotta pan, 26 cm in diameter
4 Tommes, 100 g each
2 tbsp liquid honey
1 tbsp olive oil
50 g rocket
A few pomegranate seeds
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
4 sprigs of dill
Preheat the gas grill to 250 °C. Arrange the Tommes on the terracotta plate. Drizzle honey and oil over the Tommes. Cover and bake the Tommes on the grill for approx. 10 minutes. Arrange the Tommes on plates with the rocket. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dill and serve immediately.

Prepare the embers. Place the terracotta plates on the grill. Bake the tommes on a rack for approx. 10-15 minutes.

Serve with slices of toasted nut bread.
