Okonomiyaki (Japanese omelett)

Ingredients for 4-8 people

(makes approx. 8 pieces)

100 g flour

100 g white cabbage, very finely sliced

1 bunch of spring onions, finely sliced

4 eggs

0.5 dl sparkling water

0.5 tsp salt

Pepper

Rapeseed oil for greasing

A little mayonnaise for garnishing

4 sheets of nori, finely chopped

PREPARATION

Mix the flour, white cabbage, and spring onions in a bowl. Beat the eggs and water together well. Mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the raclette oven. Brush the pans with oil. Pour a little of the mixture into the pans. Cook the omelets until they are firm and lightly browned. Remove from the oven. Place the omelets on plates and garnish with mayonnaise and nori. Serve with salad.
