
For 2 round terracotta pans, 19 cm in diameter
75 g butter, softened
120 g raw sugar
½ bag vanilla sugar
1 egg
1 pinch fleur de sel
150 g flour
80 g chocolate chips
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda Butter for greasing
Mix together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and fleur de sel. Beat the mixture until it becomes slightly lighter in colour. Mix the flour, chocolate chips, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda. Stir into the egg and butter mixture and combine to form a soft dough. Preheat the gas grill to 250 °C. Brush the terracotta pans with a little butter. Spread the dough evenly in the pan. Cover and bake the cookies on the grill for approx. 20 minutes until crispy. Remove and allow to cool.
